Joining AOF is easy. We are not a union, and membership is strictly voluntary.

For $90 annually, or $7.50 a month, you can help Oregon faculty succeed and be heard in Salem.

You will have the opportunity to join a motivated group of colleagues in improving and advocating for Oregon’s higher education system and making faculty opinions and issues important for Oregon lawmakers and campus administrators.

AOF can also work with your human resources department to deduct your $7.50/month AOF dues from your paycheck.
