AOF is the voice of OUS higher education faculty and professional staff in Oregon. Public Affairs Counsel, headed by veteran lobbyist Mark Nelson, represents AOF at the Oregon Capitol and before state agencies.  

AOF members are essential to the association’s lobby efforts. Our members meet and maintain relationships with lawmakers to ensure our opinions and concerns are heard by decision makers.
