AOF is an association that represents and protects the interests of Oregon University System faculty and professional staff before the Oregon Legislature and various state agencies. Our primary goal is to increase the quality of the professional working environment.

What’s New 

AOF has launched its new Web site. Please check out the site and communicate with your campus representative with any comments you have.

Accomplishments

AOF worked with other higher education advocates in the 2007 legislative session to secure a $10 million earmark for improving faculty salaries. AOF continues to work with all OUS campus administrations to ensure the faculty salary dollars are allocated fairly and properly.
